In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products when attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us.

Further, you acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and delivered to you shall pass on to you upon your receipt of the delivery thereof.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by You
(i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be
claimed from You.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy
1-Product received in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +919891761871 or email us at salieckhan@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. If the replacement is not available, we will refund the entire product amount. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you return the product.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

2-Product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
3.Returns of goods that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and refused. 
4. Please note that goods should be in original condition for them to be eligible for return. 
5. The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. 
6. If these are not available the product will not be eligible for return.
